Calling itself an "unofficial campaign think tank," the site essentially functions as a public clearinghouse for various ideas related to the Obama campaign's strategy, whether on policy, messaging, or tactics. Users can vote to promote or demote certain ideas or submit proposals of their own. Currently the highest rated item advises the campaign to "make transparency a central issue," noting that Obama has proposed various open government reforms, including broadcasting health care negotiations on C-SPAN.
