If you're not watching Rachel Maddow's new show on MSNBC, you should be.  For those familiar with MSNBC host Keith Olbermann, Maddow's perspective is similar, though her style is more easy-going.  Her program also provides a great new platform for many of those progressive voices often shut out of the cable news circuit.  For instance, this week has so far seen appearances from Tom Frank, Steve Benen, and Rep. Jan Schakowsky of Illinois' 9th Congressional District.

In other Maddow news, the show appears to be a ratings hit.
