On her MSNBC show last night, Rachel Maddow highlighted Cook Co. Sheriff Tom Dart's decision to suspend foreclosure evictions until there are safeguards in place to make sure unsuspecting renters aren't being put out on the street.  "It's important not to feel lousy about every story we come across in hard times," Maddow said.
