Quinn Sworn In As Governor

After an official swearing-in shortly after the Senate vote to convict and remove Rod Blagojevich, Gov. Pat Quinn conducted a public ceremony to loud applause from lawmakers.  Watch it:

Not that it's a big deal, but has anyone noticed the small change at the end of Mark Kirk's bio on his website? Obviously he waited until after the election to make this non-announcement.
