DailyKos' BarbaraMD plucks this passage out of the transcript (PDF) of Roland Burris' January 8 testimony before the House impeachment committee:

REP. JIL TRACY:  So you don't recall that there was anybody else besides Lon Monk that you expressed that interest to at that point? 

MR. BURRIS:  No, I can't recall.

Burris engaged in some extreme parsing during his press conference yesterday when it came to the issue of discrepancies between his various affidavits.  So I wouldn't be surprised if he tries to claim that Tracy's use of the phrase "at that point" threw him off somehow.
