Agence France Presse reports that Kirk described the Chinese as exhibiting "rising concern" about the U.S. budget deficit, while Rep. Rick Larsen (D-WA) -- Kirk's travel mate on a recent trip to China -- "painted a less gloomy picture of Chinese officials' views."
