Timely as always, the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee released a web video today welcoming GOP Rep. Mark Kirk to the 2010 U.S. Senate race. Watch:

Kirk was also greeted by a group of protestors organized by Health Care for America Now and Citizen Action/Illinois.  Over at Prairie State Blue, Carl Nyberg gives a good description of the scene (including several altercations between the protestors and Kirk supporters).  And you can view several photos below.
