We are now about to enter the final 80 days of the campaign season.
We have an historic opportunity to elect Democrats to office from the
Courthouse to the White House, but that will require all of us to work
together to turn out more Democratic voters to the polls than ever
before here in Illinois’ 11th District Congressional District.

We’re excited to announce that next week we are sponsoring several
regional volunteer training sessions that will give you the opportunity
to learn how you can help elect Democrats this November. These sessions
will empower Democratic volunteers by teaching them the most effective
grassroots organizing methods. We truly believe that the entire
Democratic ticket can win with a strong grassroots effort powered by
enthusiastic, highly trained, and well organized volunteers. Please
join us and learn what you can do to elect Debbie Halvorson to
Congress, Re-Elect Dick Durbin to the U.S. Senate, and send Barack
Obama to the White House!

Volunteer training sessions will be held at the following locations:

Ottawa, Morris, Joliet, Frankfort, Bradley, Bloomington - See below for Details

This seminar will provide participants with an understanding of how to
assess, organize, plan, implement & monitor, and report phases of
establishing a green corporate plan. Attendees will gain comprehension
of short and long term benefits of implementing a green plan and learn
about the tools and approaches to assess your corporate greenhouse gas
(GHG) footprint. Join Michael and Peter as they offer an opportunity to
learn how to create and implement plans to reduce the GHG footprint and
understand why your green plan needs to be corporately pervasive and
persistent: not just a one-time effort.
