Sources from the Chicago NATO host committee say the city has the "vast majority" of promised private sector money to host the two-day NATO summit in May.
A mayor's office briefing on the NATO/G8 summits revealed that the host committee
must raise between $45 million to $60 million to supplement security
costs and run social events.
