"Gov. Blagojevich Is Hereby Impeached"

Moments, ago the Illinois House voted 114-1 to impeach Gov. Blagojevich.  The lone no vote came from Rep. Milt Patterson (D-Chicago).  Also of note, Rep. Elga Jefferies (D-Chicago) voted "present."
