Blagojevich Faces Sentencing (LIVE BLOG)

Today former Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich will know his fate. Judge James Zagel is set to come down with a sentence for the disgraced politician later today after a final day of hearing arguments from both sides of the case.

Prosecutors are going after Blagojevich hard, seeking a sentence of 15 to 20 years for the 18 charges he was found guilty of, including trying to sell the U.S. Senate seat of President Barack Obama.
