Dillard To Make Announcement At 1 P.M.
State Sen. Kirk Dillard has scheduled a press conference for 1 p.m. this afternoon to discuss the undecided GOP primary for governor. Dillard currently trails Bill Brady in the race by 400 votes. He is said to be considering a recount, although his most high-profile supporter -- former Gov. Jim Edgar -- said yesterday that suspected Brady's lead would "hold up."
