President Obama's chief science adviser will hold a meeting today with Gov. Pat Quinn and two other Midwestern governors to discuss strategy for preventing Asian carp from invading the Great Lakes. Plenty of attention will be paid to the issue this week as federal lawmakers prepare to debate proposed Asian carp legislation at a congressional hearing Tuesday.
