A judge removed one of the final impediments to an expansion of O'Hare International Airport by awarding the City of Chicago possession of a 161-year-old cemetery that lies in the path of a future runway. Yesterday's ruling clears the way for the city to begin relocating 1,200 graves, which could begin within weeks.
