State Sen. Bill Brady (R-Bloomington), the GOP gubernatorial frontrunner, is floating a constitutional amendment to ban same-sex marriages. Moreover, Brady has introduced legislation that would raise the vote threshold for passing a state tax increases, impose term limits on lawmakers, and hand the redistricting process over to the Illinois Board of Elections.
