It may seem early in the general election season, but the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee isn't taking any chances in Illinois. On Friday, DCCC chairman Rep. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) will headline seperate fundraising events in Chicago for 14th District Congressman Bill Foster and 10th Congressional District hopeful Dan Seals.
