Irate over recent service cuts and layoffs, the head of the Chicago Transit Authority's (CTA) bus drivers union tells Crain's Greg Hinz that members might discuss the possibility of a strike at the union's membership meeting next Monday. "I expect to at least have a discussion about it," President Darrell Jefferson says. "Whether or not it gets to that point (of striking) is up to the membership."
