Officially trailing colleague Bill Brady by 193 votes, State Sen. Kirk Dillard (R-Hinsdlae) has conceded in the GOP gubernatorial primary and endorsed his party's nominee. In response, Gov. Pat Quinn stressed there is a "Grand Canyon" of difference between him and his new challenger.
