After certifying vote tallies this morning, the Illinois State Board of Elections has declared State Sen. Bill Brady (R-Bloomington) the victor in February's GOP gubernatorial primary. Brady leads State Sen. Kirk Dillard (R-Hinsdale) by 193 votes. Both candidates will discuss the results at press conferences this afternoon.
