Next time voters go to the polls to cast a vote in an Illinois primary, it won't be quite as cold. Today, the House passed a bill that would push back the primary date to the third Tuesday in March. Since the Senate signed off on a similar bill last month, it's now being sent to Gov. Pat Quinn's desk.
