Former Gov. Rod Blagojevich's legal team has asked U.S. District Judge James Zagel to delay the start of his corruption trial for five months on the grounds that they're still unclear what charges the impeached governor will face. Just last month, Blagojevich was reindicted to avoid a legal challenge to charges involving the honest services statute, which the Supreme Court is currently reviewing.
