Gov. Pat Quinn says he's not keen on legislation that recently sailed through the state Senate that would grant vouchers to some Chicago Public Schools students to attend private schools. "I'm not in favor of vouchers," Quinn tells WBEZ.  "I'm gonna watch the process - it's got to go to the House (of Representatives). I believe in public charter schools, and I've actually signed a bill this past year that expands the number of those across our state."
