At Rep. Jan Schakowsky's annual fundraiser in Chicago, Democratic lieutenant governor nominee Sheila Simon called GOP gubernatorial candidate Bill Brady "a step back in time." She went on to rail Brady for not supporting women's issues and opposing constitutionally protected rights.
