Unveiling his jobs plan in Springfield yesterday, GOP gubernatorial candidate Bill Brady admitted that a series of tax cuts he supports would increase Illinois' FY 2011 deficit by almost $1 billion dollars. Brady claims the tax cuts will "replenish themselves" in a "year or two." The Republican also modified his 10 percent across-the-board cut proposal, claiming that some programs will be expanded while others are reduced.
