First lady Michelle Obama will come back to her hometown on October 13 to raise money for Illinois Democrats running in November's midterm elections. Her office says she will appear at a fundraiser for U.S. Senate candidate Alexi Giannoulias and at a joint fundraiser for U.S. Reps. Bill Foster and Debbie Halvorson and 10th Congressional District candidate Dan Seals.
