According to a new poll from Penn Schoen Berland that was commissioned by The Hill, Republican 17th Congressional District candidate Bobby Schilling is leading U.S. Rep. Phil Hare by a sizeable margin two weeks before Election Day. The paper surveyed 406 residents who plan to vote on November 2. Below are the results:

Bobby Schilling: 45%
Phil Hare: 38%
Undecided: 14%

In the 14th Congressional District, Republican nominee Randy Hultgren holds a tiny edge over U.S. Rep. Bill Foster. The Hill surveyed 417 likely voters:

Randy Hultgren: 43%
Bill Foster: 42%
Undecided: 12%
