According to a new survey of likely voters from Public Policy Polling (PPP), Gov. Pat Quinn has pulled into a virtual tie with State Sen. Bill Brady in the race for the governor's mansion. Below are the toplines (PDF), with the results of their previous surveys in parentheses:
Bill Brady (R): 42% (42%, 39%, 34%)
Pat Quinn (D): 41% (35%, 30%, 33%)
Scott Lee Cohen (I): 6% (6%)
Rich Whitney (G): 3% (4%, 11%, 9%)
Lex Green (L): 1% (2%)
