U.S. Senator-elect Mark Kirk and Democratic candidate Alexi Giannoulias met for a beer at Billy Goat Tavern earlier this evening. Kirk had a Miller Lite in a bottle while Giannoulias had a draft beer of some sort. The room was filled with far more reporters than patrons.
