Gov. Pat Quinn is in Germany today, visiting injured U.S. troops. Quinn, who is making his sixth trip to visit soldiers abroad, is traveling to Landstuhl Regional Medical Center where he will have lunch with service members injured in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. The governor will stay in Germany until the day after Christmas.
