The sentencing for convicted developer Antoin "Tony" Rezko has been delayed so that he can possibly testify in the retrial of former Gov. Rod Blagojevich. Rezko was set to be sentenced in January, but the prosecution asked for a postponement in case Rezko testifies in Blagojevich's trial, which is set to begin in April. The judge did not set a new sentencing date for Rezko.
