Gov. Pat Quinn is meeting today with the Illinois Congressional delegation at Sen. Dick Durbin's office in Washington, D.C. The audience is expected to include junior Senator Mark Kirk. A Quinn spokesperson says that the Governor will take the opportunity to converse on issues such as the federal budget.
