Daley Turns To China To Fund High-Speed Rail
Chicago Mayor Richard Daley is set to travel to China where he will look for investors to help finance high-speed rail from downtown to O'Hare International Airport. Daley and his 17-member committee, which was formed to come up with a plan to build a train line that would take 20 minutes from O'Hare to downtown, are reportedly moving quickly on their plans. Daley is using his 12-day trip to five Chinese cities to look for funding for the train line.
