Vice President Joe Biden is coming to Chicago today for two fundraisers at Navy Pier. He's hosting a reception for the DNC's Obama Victory Fund at the Riva Crab House before going to the Grand Ballroom to speak to the Citizens United for Research in Epilepsy's annual event. The non-profit is run by David Axelrod's wife.
