Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky (D-9) is scheduled to speak this Saturday at the next meeting of the Wheeling Township Democratic Organization (WTDO). Schakowsky is expected to discuss President Barack Obama's jobs bill as well as her own and the more than 20 others that have been proposed by Democratic legislators during this session of Congress. The 9th district representative will also talk about the political climate in Washington and her election plans.

The meeting will take place on Saturday, September 24 at 9:30 a.m. at the WTDO office in Arlington Heights, located at 1310 W. Northwest Hwy.
