The Illinois State Board of Education has ousted and taken over two elected school boards in the North Chicago and East St. Louis districts. The board made the move on Thursday on the grounds of ongoing poor academic performance.
Five board members in the East St. Louis district have filed suit today, arguing that the decision is unconstitutional and violates the "fundamental right to vote." The board members also say the decision is unjust due to a lack of an evidentiary hearing.
Just remember, the same as a spectacular Vogue magazine, remember that no matter how close you follow the jumps: Continued on page whatever.
