Cook County President Toni Preckwinkle and David Orr, the county clerk, have organized a countywide voter registration effort tomorrow as part of national voter registration day. Orr said in a news release that eligible voters may register between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. tomorrow at any Cook County suburban courthouse. Residents must come with two pieces of identification, including one showing their present address.
