Who delivered the best highlight at today's health care summit? Archpundit says that, without a doubt, it was Illinois' own Sen. Dick Durbin. "Why do we continue to discriminate against people," he says, "when we know that we are one accident or one illness away from being one of those people who can't afford, or can't find health insurance?"

Durbin emerged from the bipartisan meeting optimistic that Congress will act sooner rather than later to usher in reforms -- with or without Republican support.
